1940 2 x 1½d red-brown KGVI definitives, perf. 13½:14 on a censored, surface mail cover. Posted from Albert Park 17 DE 1940 to Washington, DC, USA. The envelope has been slightly unevenly opened at the top, the stamps are sound. A less common franking covering the 3d surface mail rate.
