1918 60Kop on 3Kop rose Coat of Arms, imperforate, local overprint applied in the city of Sochi (Сочи), vertical strip of three showing two of the different types of overprint, used – no thins, tears or bends. Has been expertised as genuine by Mikulski.

 

A very rare se-tenant strip and an important piece from the turbulent situation just after the abdication and execution of the Tsar, where it was up to local post offices to produce values to keep up with the run-away inflation and the results were often crude and inconsistent.
